INDEPENDANCE DAY CELEBRATION 2024
The SPIC Management and SPIC Nagar Hr.Sec.School jointly celebrated 78th Independence day in the SPIC school ground at 8:00 am in a grand manner.
Our honourable school president Shri.E.Balu , school secretary Mr.T.S.Premsundar, our school Asst.Headmistress Mrs.N.Kalavathy and the dignitaries of various departments graced the function.
The chief guest Shri.E.Balu unfurled the National flag and took the salute of honour. It was followed by the flag song and pledge.
Miss.Bala Ankita of Std IX invoked the blessings of God through the “Prayer for the country.”
Miss.Kashmira of std VIII welcomed the gathering and it was followed by varied programmes.
Master.Abinav Mukunth of Std IX delivered a Tamil speech that outlined the growth of India after independence.
It was followed by the Tamil play which depicted the sacrifice of Queen Jhansi of South India in India’s independence.
Miss.Praislin of std IX portrayed the Tamil poetry that aware the youth participation in nation.
Integration song was showcased by our school choirs that revealed there is a “Victory in Unity” .
Miss.Shivanika of Std IX concluded the function with the words of gratitude and the programme ended with the National anthem.
